Course Options

The 30-day Course is built with video lessons, training notes, and daily lesson plans to allow you to work through the program on your own and at your own pace. If you want to take your training to a deeper level, you can select the remote coaching option that includes 4 video calls with the head instructor and constant support from them throughout the entire process.
